Setting Up Your Company Profile

Your company profile appears on all invoices and estimates. Here's how to set it up.

Accessing Settings

  1. Click on your Team name in the top navigation
  2. Select Team Settings
  3. Fill in your company information

Company Information

Required Fields

  • Company Name: Your business name as it should appear on invoices
  • Email: The email address for invoice communications

Optional Fields

  • Company Logo: Upload your logo for branded invoices
  • Phone Number: Your business phone
  • Address: Your business address

Invoice Settings

You can also customize:

  • Default payment terms
  • Invoice numbering format
  • Default notes and terms

Saving Changes

Click Save Settings to apply your changes. They will be reflected on all new invoices.
