Setting Up Your Company Profile
Your company profile appears on all invoices and estimates. Here's how to set it up.
Accessing Settings
- Click on your Team name in the top navigation
- Select Team Settings
- Fill in your company information
Company Information
Required Fields
- Company Name: Your business name as it should appear on invoices
- Email: The email address for invoice communications
Optional Fields
- Company Logo: Upload your logo for branded invoices
- Phone Number: Your business phone
- Address: Your business address
Invoice Settings
You can also customize:
- Default payment terms
- Invoice numbering format
- Default notes and terms
Saving Changes
Click Save Settings to apply your changes. They will be reflected on all new invoices.
