Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InvoiceFlow. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InvoiceFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceFlow provides online invoicing and payment processing services, including:
- Invoice creation and management
- Payment processing through Stripe
- Customer and product management
- Stripe Connect integration for marketplace functionality
- Team collaboration features
- API access (on applicable plans)
3. Account Registration
To use InvoiceFlow, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Plan:
- Limited to 5 invoices per month
- No credit card required
- Available indefinitely
Paid Plans (Pro & Business):
- Billed monthly in advance
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- No refunds for partial months
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
6. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Stripe charges processing fees for transactions. These fees are separate from InvoiceFlow subscription fees and are detailed in Stripe's pricing documentation.
7. Data Ownership and Backup
You retain all rights to your data (invoices, customers, products, etc.). We claim no ownership over your content.
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
You can export your data at any time through your account settings.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
InvoiceFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any errors or omissions in the service
- Any third-party conduct or content
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoiceFlow, Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
